Performance & Priorities Conversation
20–30 minutes
A confidential conversation to understand your situation, establish fit, and decide whether the six-week or six-month work is right for you.

High-performance coaching with Dr Neeraj Sharma, GP, Sport & Exercise Medicine doctor and qualified life coach.
Successful, capable and busy. But stretched, overcommitted, or aware that something important is being neglected.

You need clarity about what matters, the capacity to perform consistently, and the habits and mindset that let you sustain excellence.
U First Coaching combines life coaching, general practice, sport and exercise medicine, and first-hand experience of high-performance sporting environments.
From the touchline to the boardroom the principles hold: preparation, recovery, focus, and knowing what you are running for.
Credible on medicine, sport, performance and ordinary human life, without pretending coaching is therapy or treatment.
Every engagement starts with a conversation. From there, choose a focused reset or a deeper partnership.

Where are you now? What is working? What is costing you energy? What matters most?
Define the bigger game: professional, personal, health, relationships and contribution.
Sleep, recovery, exercise, stress, focus and the behaviours that support sustained performance.
Identify limiting patterns, avoidance, overthinking, perfectionism and other barriers to action.
Leadership, communication, boundaries, family presence and the quality of your attention.
Consolidate the changes, define the next 90 days and decide what ongoing support would add value.
Ambitious professionals, typically 35–60, with significant responsibility and autonomy. People who have already demonstrated achievement and now want to improve the quality, sustainability and meaning of their performance.
Greater clarity, better energy, sustained performance, stronger relationships, more presence, better habits, a new challenge, or a more intentional next chapter.

I am a life coach, a practising GP and a Sport and Exercise Medicine doctor. For many years I have been a keen student of human performance, and I have seen how specific tools consistently bring success to athletes and professionals alike.
I have also studied the relationship between success and happiness. The most fulfilled individuals are not always the ones with the shiniest trophies. Many people feel 'Now what?' after achieving something great, or wrestle with imposter syndrome.

Individuals who believe in "go big or go home" are mostly seen heading home.
I have travelled extensively with elite athletes in high-performance environments. Sustained excellence is built on preparation, recovery and presence, not on sprinting until something breaks.
My aim is simple: that when you look back, you can tell yourself you did your best and the journey was worth it.

I speak and run workshops for doctors, leaders and sporting organisations, in person and online, on high performance, burnout, sleep and recovery, and building a portfolio career.
For organisations, I offer bespoke executive and leadership partnerships, team workshops and in-person performance days, priced by scope.
